COMMISSIONS

Commissions will be used as a portfolio, but will never be marketed. There will always be a watermark indicating the commissions. The use of the commission without a watermark is only allowed with the authorization of the client, both by me and by third parties.i have the right to share my art that you have commissioned from me, unless it is a private commission. please state whether or not it will be a private commission before i startCommissions CANNOT be marketed by the client UNLESS it's discussed beforehand. A commercial use tax will be charged.Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered

PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES

Payments should always be made prior to the completion of the commission.Payment is made through PayPal (an invoice link will be sent to the client). Any other method of payment should be discussed directly with me.Depending on how big your request is. usually, i take around a 1-2 month(s) to deliver.The deadline may vary depending on the complexity of the piece or based on the demand of work, but this will be discussed beforehand with the client. In case of delay, the client will be notified.

FEEDBACK AND
COMMISSION STEPS

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.I will contact for feedback on the piece through three phases: sketch, line and coloring.Please be available for checking since I will only proceed to the next step after the approval of the previous one.Major revisions will have a penalty if you waste my time. i offer 3 free big revisions but anymore than that, extra money from you will be needed to compensate the wasted time..

REFUNDS AND CHANGES

Refunds will only be accepted before the approval of the sketch phase. After the approval of the sketch phase, the client is free to give up on the commission but there won't be any refunds.After the approval of the sketch, the client can't change the base of the art piece anymore. This means no details can be added or removed. However, it is possible to request changes regading the current step of the commission. Example 1: At lineart step, request for a part of the drawing to be redraw according to the sketch. Example 2: Changing the color of a clothing piece.If any change is requested after the sketch phase, there will be extra charges.
